Pre-authorizations and Authorization Adjustments for Developers

Adyen In-person Payments Postman workspace
We've added a new Adyen Postman workspace for In-person payments (IPP) to help you effortlessly build and test feature-rich point-of-sale integrations. Follow the readme instructions to set up your keys, fork the workspace and start sending requests.

Management API v3 release
In the latest version of the Management API, you can now easily manage terminals, customize payment terminal settings, and explore Android app and certificate details. Two new payment method notifications added for a smoother experience. Find out more updates in our release notes.

Checkout v71 release
In the latest Checkout API release, we've made changes for better compliance and user experience. In the /paymentMethods endpoint, the payment method group for cards is now referred to as "Cards" instead of "Credit Card," aligning with EU consumer choice regulations. Disputes API added to API Explorer and API Libraries
Disputes API is now available across all 7 Adyen API libraries (Python, PHP, Java, .NET, Go, NodeJS, Ruby) and API Explorer. The Disputes API enables an easier, automated dispute handling process, which allows you to respond to disputes and chargebacks as soon as they are initiated.

Adobe Commerce V9 release
In this release, the Adyen Payments plugin for Adobe Commerce undergoes significant restructuring for simplicity, with key changes including the renaming of "Required settings" to "Initial setup" and the consolidation of payment configurations under "Accepting payments." Noteworthy additions encompass support for installments in tokenized payment methods, multi-shipping functionality for Klarna payments, Adobe Commerce Vault integration for token references, a new native gift card flow and improved Adyen integration.
